With just over eight months until the 2027 Daytona 500, tickets are now available for purchase.
Daytona International Speedway made that announcement on June 10, referring fans to daytonainternationalspeedway.com to book their spots. The 69th running of the Great American Race is set for Sunday, Feb. 21.
“Now that tickets are officially on sale for the most prestigious race on the NASCAR schedule, we are ready to welcome everyone back to the World Center of Racing,” Speedway President Frank Kelleher said. “Every year, the unpredictability of the Daytona 500 captivates race fans from all over the world, and we look forward to bringing our fans another unforgettable kickoff to the NASCAR season.”
The 2027 event is one week later than usual. With the NFL’s Super Bowl 61 set for President’s Day weekend, NASCAR pushed its signature race back seven days.
The Daytona 500 sold out for the 11th consecutive year in 2026. Daytona International Speedway said approximately 150,000 people were on the property for the race, with the grandstands holding 100,500 spectators and another 50,000 filling the infield and surrounding camping areas.
Tyler Reddick won the race after surviving two last-lap crashes.
