One of the top players in the Oregon Ducks' incoming freshman class has arrived on campus.
On Friday, 5-star offensive tackle Immanuel Iheanacho posted a photo of himself in Eugene on social media, signifying his arrival and enrollment for the start of summer. Iheanacho, one of the top-ranked players in the Ducks ' 2026 class, was unable to get enrolled for the spring season, but he will hit the ground running over the next couple of months and work to find his way into the rotation on the offensive line.
"Nacho" stands at 6-foot-7, 345 pounds, and is rated as the No. 11 overall player in the 2026 class; the No. 1 OT in the nation. At that size and with his skillset, it's not hard to imagine a world where he competes for a rotational role on the OL this year, at the very least. If he's going to crack the starting lineup, there is some serious competition, particularly with fellow true freshman OL Tommy Tofi, who made some waves this spring with his stellar play.
This is the second big addition that the Ducks have made over the last month, with fellow 5-star Jalen Lott, the No. 19 player and No. 3 WR in the class, showing up on campus earlier this month as well.
