September is shaping up to be an exceptional month for stargazing, with five planets visible to the naked eye and the full Harvest Moon rising on September 26. The arrival of September marks a significant shift in daylight as the fall equinox approaches on September 22. This event brings nearly equal day and night lengths, allowing for more time under dark skies.
