Claritev Reports Narrower Loss In Q2, Revenue Up 6.6%; Lifts FY26 Revenue Outlook

(RTTNews) - Claritev Corp. (CTEV) Friday announced a narrower loss for the second quarter, as revenue grew 6.6 percent from the prior year. Further, the company raised its revenue and adjusted EBITDA outlook for the full year.

The quarterly loss attributable to the Claritev was $59.23 million, narrower than loss of $62.64 million last year. On a per share basis, loss was $3.49, compared to loss of $3.81 a year ago.

Adjusted EBITDA was $155.8 million, an increase of 1.1%, compared to $154.0 million in the same quarter last year.

Revenue for the data analytics and technology-enabled company climbed to $257.48 million in the second quarter, from $241.57 million in the previous year.

Operating income was $23.41 million, up from $16.58 million last year.

For the full year 2026, the company now expects revenue in a range of $1 billion to $1.02 billion, while the previous projection was in a range of $985 million to $1 billion.

Adjusted EBITDA for the full year is forecast to be in a range of $610 to $620 million, up from the prior outlook of $605 to $615 million.

The company said its capital expenditure and the effective tax rate will remain the same as projected earlier.
