Tennessee Titans cornerback Nazeeh Johnson has been suspended for six regular-season games without pay after testing positive for a banned substance, which he claims was due to fertility medication. Johnson, a two-time Super Bowl champion, announced the news via social media, explaining that he and his wife have been undergoing fertility treatment following a diagnosis of infertility.

This situation has emerged at a particularly challenging time for the couple, who recently experienced the loss of their baby.
