At i-80 Gold, a filing with the SEC revealed that on Tuesday, CEO Richard Scott Young bought 1,000,000 shares of IAUX, for a cost of $1.62 each, for a total investment of $1.62M. So far Young is in the green, up about 14.2% on their purchase based on today's trading high of $1.85. i-80 Gold is trading up about 3.7% on the day Friday. Before this latest buy, Young made one other purchase in the past twelve months, buying $1.4M shares for a cost of $1.40 a piece. And on Thursday, Director Parsa Kiai purchased $842,699 worth of Medifast, purchasing 72,487 shares at a cost of $11.63 a piece. This buy marks the first one filed by Kiai in the past year.
