H&R Block Inc. Q4 Sales Increase

The company's bottom line totaled $293.68 million, or $2.30 per share. This compares with $299.44 million, or $2.20 per share, last year.

Excluding items, H&R Block Inc. reported adjusted earnings of $304.20 million or $2.38 per share for the period.

The company's revenue for the period rose 3.1% to $1.145 billion from $1.111 billion last year.
