Dynamo beat Revolution 2-0 with goals from Santos, Resch

Resch added the second goal in the 55th minute, slotting home after a quick counterattack to double the lead. The Dynamo controlled most of the game, outshooting New England 17-9 and limiting dangerous chances in midfield.

Houston (10-6-2) now sit just two points behind Columbus Crew in the Supporters’ Shield race and can close that gap further if results go their way next weekend. This win also lifts them above New England in the standings, though the Revolution still have games in hand. With momentum on their side and a defense firing on all cylinders, Dynamo are quietly building a case as a dangerous playoff threat.
