Turning Point USA invests in Andy Biggs’ campaign amid challenges.

Turning Point USA has poured more than $1 million into the campaign of Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs, betting the group’s reputation on the incumbent’s 2024 primary win. The money will fund television spots, digital ads and on‑the‑ground outreach in the state’s 5th congressional district, where Biggs faces a primary challenge from a moderate Republican.

The investment comes after a rocky few years for the conservative activist group founded by Charlie Kirk. Turning Point’s influence waned following the 2022 midterms, when several of its endorsed candidates lost and donors raised concerns about the organization’s spending and internal management. Kirk’s last public endorsement before the 2022 cycle was for Biggs, and the group sees the Arizona race as a chance to demonstrate that its backing still matters to voters and to restore confidence among its donor base.
