Arjun Tendulkar is in action for ARCS Andheri in the Mumbai T20 League, which is underway at the Wankhede Stadium.

The left-arm seamer played a key role in Andheri's comprehensive nine-wicket victory over Bandra Blasters on Monday. His three overs cost just 11 runs, including a maiden, and brought him three wickets as Bandra Blasters were held to 144 for 9.

Prasoon Singh added 2/12 in support, with Om Keshkamat (49) and Sagarr Chhabriaa (44) the only batters who put up any real resistance.

In response, Andheri lost Divyaansh Saksena after a quick 26.  Arjun came in at number three and joined Musheer Khan, and the two put together an unbroken 116-run stand that helped his side get over the line.

Arjun hit 66 not out off 34 deliveries as Musheer chipped in with 54 not out off 38 balls. In the end, Andheri got home with 37 balls to spare and nine wickets in hand.

After the match, skipper Shivam Dube gathered his players in the dressing room and made a point of calling Arjun out first. After that, he went on to credit Musheer Khan and Ajay Mishra, and described the pair as the team's "two backbones."

On Wednesday, ARCS Andheri faced MSC Maratha Royals in their last group game. Arjun was dismissed for just 14 runs as Andheri were bowled out for 168 runs.

Maratha Royals then chased down the total with 10 balls to spare, although ARCS Andheri qualified for the semi-final.
