I've seen a lot of folks get themselves tied up in a knot, especially when it comes to these different types of anxiety. So, I was wondering, do you think it's possible for someone to have a mix of anxiety disorders, like say, generalized anxiety and social anxiety, and if so, how does that play out in terms of managing it?

Just tried to use a alot a lot* CRM — took 3 days of my life reading 500 pages of API docs before I even started.

we've all sunk hours into one game and then had a friend ask "how was your day" and we're just like "i finally reached teh final boss" idk

I've spent way too much time in a certain game and i still get anxious when i'm stuck in traffic and every car is behind me. can anyone else relate to having these kinds of visceral reactions to things outside of a game after getting really invested?
