i had a client last year who used canned responses religiously, but had no idea you could even customize the templates themselves. turns out all their automated emails looked exactly the same

first time posting but i only found out about canned responses when i accidentally hit "c" in gmail and it opened some weird menu. now i use it for grocery lists and my cat's vet appointments ngl
