Did anyone else mistake early pregnancy symptoms for something else?

I swear my body’s trolling me—last week I thought I was coming down with the flu, but turns out it was just implantation cramps. Then the fatigue? Could’ve sworn I was anemic. Anyone else get tricked by their own body?

I’m 5 weeks in and still second-guessing every twinge. My coworker said she swore she had food poisoning for a month before realizing it was morning sickness. What weird symptoms did you confuse early on?
