Third interview in and they just ghosted me — is this the new normal?

So I nailed two rounds of interviews, got the "we’ll be in touch" spiel, and then—radio silence. No call, no email, not even a "thanks but no thanks." It’s not like I’m some fresh grad applying to 500 jobs. I tailored my answers, showed up early, and still got ghosted. Is this just how it is now?

I’m starting to think the hiring process is just a black hole where resumes go to die. Anyone else getting the silent treatment after multiple interviews? What’s the move here—keep applying or call them out?
