Hot take: Group study sessions are overrated
Sitting in a circle staring at notes while someone rambles about quadratic equations isn’t studying—it’s socializing with homework. The second someone cracks a joke, the whole session derails.
I tried it all through high school: flashcards, YouTube lectures, even those "study with me" videos. But nothing worked like locking myself in my room with zero distractions. Silence > chaos.
