The Motorola Edge (2026) debuted in June this year, bringing a compact body, a range of intriguing colorways, and an alluring camera package to the market. Itโs now battling away in the mid-range against the likes of Googleโs enduring Pixel A series, Samsungโs enticing Galaxy FE series, and a suite of other options. But among these contenders, which is the most attractive alternative to the Motorola Edge (2026)?
My colleague Andrew Grush offered up his picks in a recent article, and we asked readers to vote for their favorite. The results can be viewed below.
This poll garnered over 3,800 votes across its run, and on first inspection, it might seem that two devices ended tied with 23% of the vote. This isnโt quite the case.
While the Motorola G Stylus (2025) certainly came close to winning the race, the Galaxy S25 FE ultimately took home the honors of the best Motorola Edge (2026) alternative according to poll respondents. It garnered 23.5% of the vote, or 900 votes. The Stylus racked up 22.6% of the vote, or just 33 fewer votes.
On paper, the G Stylus (2025) bests the Galaxy S25 FE in some key columns, including microSD card support, a built-in stylus, and faster wired charging. However, the Samsung wins with its extensive software support promise, its telephoto camera, and the swifter Exynos 2400 SoC. The winner of this battle, at least beyond this poll, will come down to which of these features is most important to you, at least compared to the Motorola Edge (2026)โs offering.
Coming in third, and not too far behind this duo, is the Pixel 10a with 21.3% of the vote. These three devices are placed head and shoulders above the remaining two products, the Nothing Phone 4a Pro (15.6%) and the Motorola Razr (2025) (12.8%).
Notably, a further 4.3% of respondents believed that none of these devices were worthy of being Motorola Edge (2026) alternatives and instead offered these picks. Commenter boburanus69 said:
