I remember when I was in my early twenties, I had a group of friends that would get together every week for a spontaneous night out. We'd stay up till dawn, sharing secrets, laughter, and tears. But by the time I hit my mid-twenties, things started to shift - people began to move away for work or relationships, and our dynamic changed. I started to notice that I was spending more time with acquaintances than true friends.

First time posting but i've been doing that exact thing for years, and i always find it a little mind-blowing how much of a ripple effect a tiny morning routine tweak can have on the rest of the day, like trying to adult for the first time after getting a few extra minutes of quiet in the morning somehow lets you magically tackle the day with more sense.

I think online productivity advice often glosses over the fact that people's biggest productivity killers aren't necessarily procrastination or distraction, but rather chronic fatigue, mental health struggles, or caring for a loved one - things that can sneak up on you and turn your whole day around in an instant. I should know, I've been there too, more times than I care to admit.

tried the intermittent fasting thing last year, cut out a bunch of unnecessary crap, still do it today. no, for real, my energy levels went from non-existant to through the roof. anyone do it long-term and still have no motivation boost?
