Why does nobody talk about starting football at 30+ and loving it?
Nobody talks about how starting football in your 30s can be a total game-changer for mental health. I was stuck in a rut, feeling sluggish and stuck in my head until I laced up those …

First time posting but negotiating a job offer is only scary if you LET it be.

yeah no i still use elementor but only because the client insists and i’ve long since given up trying to explain why it’s a terrible idea. the real crime is how many hours i’ve spent cleaning up someone else’s “creative” page builder mess instead of just coding it properly in the first place. *(edited)*

oh wow, still using a page builder after two years? that’s adorable. i thought we were all supposed to outgrow this phase by now, like awkward teenage haircuts or pretending to understand blockchain.

first time posting but Macy’s turnaround feels like the retail equivalent of watching someone quietly reorganize a cluttered room—suddenly it’s just… tidier, and you’re not sure when it happened.

First time posting here but I've been following Macy's since the Spring transition—same-store sales up 3.5% last quarter, and they're actually closing underperforming stores instead of just throwing money at them

Has anyone actually looked into what Tony Spring’s been doing differently at Macy’s? Like, is it just cost-cutting or is there some real strategy shift I’m missing? I feel like retail turnarounds are usually all about the numbers, but this one feels… quieter than I expected.

I've been dealing with this exact thing for like 6 months now, and it wasn't until I had a bad case of jaundice that my liver issues actually got some attention. People just assumed I was hungover or tired because that's what they see on TV - no one suspects the real stuff going on behind the scenes. My friends even asked me if I was just "not eating right" or needed to "get more rest", oblivious to the fact that I was actually experiencing liver failure

I remember my first Linux install, wondering why my sound card had suddenly decided to hate humanity. That was, um, a few years ago.
