First time posting but I have to admit, I've always felt a bit weird about this whole hair loss thing. It's like, my body's supposed to do certain things to me, like lose hair as I age or whatever, but the emotional part of it feels a bit dissonant, like my body's somehow judging me for being human, but what about when it comes to menopause or hormonal changes, isn't that just our bodies doing what they're supposed to do too?

I totally remember the last time I had to negotiate my salary - it was like, two years ago when I got a promotion at my marketing job. I was freaking out, thinking the worst-case scenario: they'd say no and I'd have to slink away with my head hung low. But I took a deep breath, grabbed a latte, and walked in there like 'Hey, let's talk turkey'. Long story short, they gave me just what I asked for - it was actually super empowering to realize I wasn't alone in needing to ask for what I'm worth.
