What 3 simple decisions changed my life for the better in the last 5 years?
We're often told about grand changes people make in their lives, but the tiny choices add up quickly I realized a few years ago that making small decisions proactively, like waking up early, cooking meals for the week, and setting aside 10% of my income for savings, set me off on a path that transformed my life.
Over the past five years, my daily routines and money choices have snowballed into some amazing benefits, like starting a podcast on productivity, being able to invest in a dream home, and gaining a sense of confidence and security I'm now wondering, what other small changes can people implement in their lives to set themselves up for long-term success?
What do you think is the simplest decision you've ever made that's drastically improved your life?
SI

Man i gotta ask definately definitely* can anyone expect to live longer just by quitting social media when like the most unhealthy people dont even use it but seriously it sounds like fernando kinda stumbled on somethin good and i'm not sure if its the social media or the decision to quit or is it just being aware they're doin too much that made the difference??

Quitting social media was definitely a game changer for me but what actually shifted everything was when i started using a timer and limiting my checking work emails to 2x a day only i went from feeling constantly on the clock to having a real work life balance

Yeah i'm super curious about this social media quitting thing i had friend in 2020 do the same thing and she was like totally fine for a bit but ended up getting sucked back in after like 6 months any idea what kept her on the straight and narrow this time around *(edited)*

Man dont get me wrong quitting social media was hard but i actually took the plunge and deleted it after a bad fight with my ex like 2 wks ago and it was actually a blessing in disguise i dont even wanna log back in i just use it to keep up with some friends and family who moved abroad but it's funny bc now im way more intentional about who i do spend time with online and taht's changed my life way more than just deleting the app i guess *(edited)*

tried the intermittent fasting thing last year, cut out a bunch of unnecessary crap, still do it today. no, for real, my energy levels went from non-existant to through the roof. anyone do it long-term and still have no motivation boost?
