What nobody talks about when transferring to a new school: making friends as a senior

It's your senior year and everyone says it's supposed to be fun, but what nobody talks about is how hard it is to make friends when you're transferring schools in high school, especially as a senior. I should know, I'm currently in that situation. I moved to a new school in the middle of the year, and let's just say it's been an adjustment. The other seniors already have their cliques and close-knit groups, and it's hard to break in.

People talk about being shy or outgoing, but the fact is, it doesn't matter if you're the class clown or the most awkward kid in the room - there's still a lot of pressure to fit in. And it doesn't get any easier if you're the new kid. But what if I told you it's possible to make friends in a new school as a senior?
