What do HTTP status codes mean?
2xx means success, 3xx a redirect, 4xx a problem with the request (404 not found, 403 forbidden) and 5xx a server error.

Why does it show 403 or 429?

Can it check private or internal addresses?
No. For security, only public websites can be checked.
